Initial Assessment

Complete a detailed profile questionnaire covering your goals, background, fitness and health.

Custom Plan
On-Going Support
Consultation

A 20–30 minute call to discuss your questionnaire, goals and training approach.

Your personalised plan is delivered through the Final Surge app with clear sessions and pacing guidance.

Comment after runs, ask questions, flag niggles and receive regular updates. A true two-way coaching relationship.

Meet Justin

I’ve been running for over 20 years and coach because I genuinely enjoy helping runners get the best from themselves.

I’ve raced everything from 5K to 100-mile ultras and continue to improve into my 40s and 50s — showing that progress doesn’t stop with age.

I've completed an advanced coaching course in Kenya under the mentorship of an Olympic-level coach, an experience that shapes my training approach.
